Bought a pool many years ago from them. It was a salt water pool and all the parts were supposed to be salt water safe. Within 6 months the ionizer went out, which they said was normal. Bought a cheap one from ******* that lasted me 2 pools and 4 years. Within 18 months the top started to rust and fall into the pool. My son cut his foot on a piece that we missed. Do not buy a pool from Blue World Pools! They have unfair business practices and they don't care about their customers. First, make sure you want the pool before you sign the contract! Once you sign it, you cannot cancel. They say there is a 3-day cancellation policy. However what they don't tell you is it has to be mailed to them in ******* or they won't accept it. Worst experience all of the parts didn't vome wiht the pool. The liner tore and the ladder broke.
I was inquiring about their services and felt they were asking for personal information they did not need, and I was pressured into scheduling an appointment to have my property surveyed to install a pool. When I tried to call to cancel them from coming to my house, they kept putting me on hold for long periods of time and never answering. I still have not been able get them to cancel my appointment and they are wanting to charge me $75.00 if they come out to my house.
No star if it's possible ,the customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with ,everyone has attitudes ,the interest is super high ,they don't provide a copy of your payments or a statement and if you ask for one they give you the run around ,leave you on hold for 30+ min they don't report to any credit bureau so basically you have a high dollar investment that's help your credit if that matters to you .the warranty don't exist they charge you up to 400 or more just to have someone come out and do maintenance,the staff is ... read more
