They lied about the price of a pool and when I informed them that I was only interested in the $399 pool they called me about they canceled my appointment. I was told by *** that I did not know what I wanted and that they were not in the business of giving out pools, mind you, they called me, and this is what they are advertising. Its false advertising

After receiving an awesome sales rep who did a great job promoting this company, my wife and I were convinced to sign up. What started as a promising experience quickly turned into a nightmare. We had questions about the product specifications and called customer service, only to be met with disrespect and a complete lack of helpfulness. In the beginning, everything was great! Installer and all was awesome!! However, afterwards customer service is RUDE!! One lady that I deal with all the time, should NOT be working in customer service! She is always rude and is always changing dates without really giving a date and changing the amount due by when to keep from losing our house. HORRIBLE company to do business with! Do yourself a favor and run away as fast as you can! The majority of what the sales rep said turned out to be a complete lie. I was told the interest was up front. Lie. I was told that the pool company did not do any electrical, but would dig the trench to put it in. Lie. I was told that I did qualify for a pool cover, and other things that were completely dishonest. When I called about these issues I was told they werent sure why the rep told us these things. Scheduled an *********** and had to go out of way to arrange a time me and my husband could both be home or they wouldn't come. We work different schedules. The day of the *********** I got a call 3 hrs before where they tried to reschedule because they didn't have a a tech Scheduled. Then I told them it was hard for me to get a time for me and my husband to be home together while working opposite schedules so we wouldn't be Albe to do this again because we had to cancel his Dr's *********** for him to be home and pay a canc... read more

I would give no stars if able. Not even one year in the pump is leaking and they are of no help when you call they just transfer you around for hours.

Scam, do not let them on your property. All over 4 star reviews are fake, read the negative reviews and use your head. Only you can choose if you have a ten month bad experience with these clowns. Their main goal is to try to steal houses by bait and switch scams. Cancel, if you have to call the police to have them arrested to leave.

They will not work with you, they just want to put a line on your house. They will not use an arbitrator like it stated in the contract. They will just send threatening text messages about taking your home. Biggest mistake of my life
