I spoke with multiple representatives trying to figure out the address for written cancellation notice. The lady was rude and disrespectfuland hung up on me. I dont trust the company on my property and they refuse to help. I was trying to explain that Monday was a holiday so the post office was closed. They are trying to rip people off.

This company is a complete waste of time to work with. when they sell a product, they are very quick to answer emails and questions. Once they have your money then the fun begins. They will not honor their warranty for the Liner or the installation. My pool has leaked from the pipes under the liner since it was installed. I have called multiple times and told them of the issue. but I am being told I must pay for the installer to check the pool and because I need to empty the pool I will need to purchase a new liner. even tho... read more

For the last 3 yrs blue world pool *** is pulling my credit report how can I get them to stop they are messing with my credit report i call 3 time and they keep doing the same thing

We purchased (not financed) our pool in March of this year (2023). As of today 5/29/23 our pool is still not ready to swim in. Since April the 19th when the pool was installed we have had nothing but problems. To begin with the original date for the pool to be installed was April 17th. My husband took time off. That morning the 17th we left a message for the installer regarding an approximate time he would be coming to install the pool. Really bad customer service. They'll answer phone calls quick for sale. But come to warranty questions or anything about The pool is very hard to get a hold of someone. Very disappointed. My pool was installed incorrectly, Uneven, one side is higher. They said pool is lifetime guaranteed. Which is false I had to pay someone they contracted with to come out and look at pool. They lied, mislead me and was completely unprofessional. They sold me a pool and took a $1500 deposit. The installer was a no-show three times. When I called the office the female screamed at me cursing at me, called me an old woman and a liar. She wouldn't listen to anything I tried to tell her. She finally hung up on me. I called back. I made a phone inquiry to discuss scheduling a free estimate for a potential above ground swimming pool install. I was notified that the company ran a HARD CREDIT report, seeking a financial loan, of which I was NOT notified prior, and NOR DID I GIVE PERMISSION TO DO.I am dissatisfied with the company's misrepresentation and I highly advise people to consider whether they are prepared to lose credit points upon an estimate inquiry.This is TOTALLY FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!!!!

We purchased our above ground pool from blue world pools. We choose the deluxe model saltwater pool for less chemicals for our children. Our sales rep was great and knowledgably and walked us through all the options. When our installers arrived, they were professional, and we knew exactly what to expect. We couldn't believe how fast they had it installed and got the job done. We cannot wait for warmer weather to get in and enjoy our pool. Our son is asking daily if we can go swimming yet.
