Zero Stars. Scam Artists. Salesman just disappears after claiming that Blue World Pools does not put a lien on your property, after specifically asking before signing anything. Come to find out thats a bold-faced lie and the salesman can no longer be reached by phone or email. This company is a scam. Horrible to work for and horrible to order from. If you work for them they will NOT pay you on time, and good luck getting any commission pay. The kit worth $17 and some change will put a hold on your last check. You gotta pay out of your own pocket to send the kit back. They say they will reimburse you for gas and hotel expenses yet they do not. The contract they sent over was dated for 2023 when we are well into 2024. The sales team is not very good you pay more in interest than you pay on the principal the rewards department is hard to get a hold of and to give you the direct instructions to get your yearly monthly money I should say for submitting your survey and pictures and what I'm paying for my above ground pool through world pool I could have got an inground pool for ****** more I would not recommend blue world
The sales person was great, we were motivated even though we thought the price was high. Our main question was can we get it installed before the end of summer? Sales person said yes. This was our deciding factor to say yes. We had our grandkids staying the summer with us and we had a family reunion planned the last week of summer. Again, we asked before signing the contact, what's the timeframe how long. Sales Person said as soon as you sigh they start getting your pool ready 3 weeks max. From the beginning (sales), to the end (installation), the customer service and lack of communication was terrible. Sales lady lied to us we found out later. We were not using a loan, so sales person said they would take a check and it would put us in front of the line. Later we called *** and they said she was not supposed to take a check, only cashier's check. That delayed our installation by about a month. Horrible!!! The most difficult company to do business will . Refuses to send out statements of balance owed after going into a contract that has close to 50% interest rates! Do Not USE a blue world pools! Take out a personal loan or buy a pool through a local reputable dealer! Blue World Pools contracts and service is horrible!
Dishonest company they lie to their customers and sales representatives, as a sales representatives I worked for a month, they lied and never paid me on the pools I sold, they are very Dishonest they need turned in, they cannot keep up with the same conversation on each email and lie on each email, have proof.I have proof looking for attorney to *** this company. Absolutely the worst!! After careful consideration In a matter of 24 hours we decided now was not the time to purchase a pool. The salesman was very pushy and I was very skeptical afterwards which led me to research. I have called multiple times with no one willing to talk to me. I have been hung up on repeatedly. Horrible place to do business with. They pressure you make false promises and stand over you until you do say what they need you to do to make the sale and give you all false information about cancellation. The customer service is horrible. I was given false information from the start and the whole entire process. My daughter was hospitalized between the time I signed and when I tried to cancel.
