This place is horrible. Please dont get ripped off by these people. Pool material ***** pump motor broke first summer ladders is cheap made. Got payoff and when I sent it in I was told wasnt enough so I had to come out of pocket w almost another 600 after sending them ***** . We bought the pool during Covid. The interest rate is so high no wonder you get approved. We have complained about the pool numerous of times. When they first put it in it leaked and they said no that the water evaporated because it was so hot. And then when we called back to tell them agai. That it was leaking they said they would send someone out and that it would cost us 500 dollars to send someone out. Thai was all within for the first 2 years of getting the pool in. **** never recommend this company to anyone.. We had a pool installed that I am so very disappointed in. It was installed in August of 2022 fall was coming quick and only a handful of times were we in it. First they told us not to get in for 5 days to let it settle. So Okay We did that.. When I finally got in it was so slimy had to add chemical and vacuumed and wait another day. To my surprise the floor was extremely lumpy and squishy like the sand never was tamped down. I bought a pool in 2016 for this company and a ****1 Lien was placed on my property as soon as the pool was installed. I fell on hard times and i could not afford to keep paying on the pool in 2018. According to ***** state law a ****1 Lien is only valid for 5 years, but the company can file a continuation statement and extend it another 5 years which they did. Ran credit check without permission, and the rep. said if we got someone else's pool then we would get cancer and our grandchildren and great grands would be have a greater risk of cancer too. She acted like we were bad people risking children's lives because we couldn't aford their pool.
Well I had my pool put in in 2021. Love my pool but billing omg. We made arrangements for my payment to come out on the last Friday of the month. I guess they decided to take it early or late one month overdrafted my account costing me money. When I called I let that one slide told them last Friday of the month again. Low and behold they overdrafted me again along with 4 other charges I got cause of insufficient funds on my other bills. These are the rudest people Ive ever felt with. They are all nice trying to get you to buy a pool then get scammed into it and they turn into the worst people ever. Im sure everyone is feeling the effects of inflation and going through a struggle, the day after my payment was due I got a threatening text that I will have a lean put on my property. Tried 3 times to talk to someone about the pool and any type of help because after installation the liner tore and one side of the pool collapsed. All 3 times the people were extremely rude, hung up me and then refused to come up with any solution. Their only comment was well sorry best of luck to youThen just hangs up on you.
