I got scammed by blue world pools they are calling my relatives now saying I wrote them a fraudulent check which is a straight out lie... they make ach payments out of my bank. I can back this up! They threaten my property saying lien because my bank sent a payment back .... they claim a notarized paper that they dont even require and identification to see if the person signing is even who they say they are which is illegal in any notarized document signing. My husband and I purchased our pool in June of 2017. We had decided on the Econoline pool. A few days after signing the paperwork we get a call from them stating that we qualified to upgrade our pool at no extra charge and that it would take 8 years to pay off. That was great, we were excited. We never really had any issues with our pool. The pump did have to be replaced but they did that at no charge. Zero Stars. Scam Artists. Salesman just disappears after claiming that Blue World Pools does not put a lien on your property, after specifically asking before signing anything. Come to find out thats a bold-faced lie and the salesman can no longer be reached by phone or email. This company is a scam. Horrible to work for and horrible to order from. If you work for them they will NOT pay you on time, and good luck getting any commission pay. The kit worth $17 and some change will put a hold on your last check. You gotta pay out of your own pocket to send the kit back. They say they will reimburse you for gas and hotel expenses yet they do not. The contract they sent over was dated for 2023 when we are well into 2024. The sales team is not very good you pay more in interest than you pay on the principal the rewards department is hard to get a hold of and to give you the direct instructions to get your yearly monthly money I should say for submitting your survey and pictures and what I'm paying for my above ground pool through world pool I could have got an inground pool for ****** more I would not recommend blue world
The sales person was great, we were motivated even though we thought the price was high. Our main question was can we get it installed before the end of summer? Sales person said yes. This was our deciding factor to say yes. We had our grandkids staying the summer with us and we had a family reunion planned the last week of summer. Again, we asked before signing the contact, what's the timeframe how long. Sales Person said as soon as you sigh they start getting your pool ready 3 weeks max.
