From the beginning (sales), to the end (installation), the customer service and lack of communication was terrible. Sales lady lied to us we found out later. We were not using a loan, so sales person said they would take a check and it would put us in front of the line. Later we called *** and they said she was not supposed to take a check, only cashier's check. That delayed our installation by about a month. Sales person also was untruthful about the maintenance of pool (she said it would be EASY, just one gal of bleach per... read more

Horrible!!! The most difficult company to do business will . Refuses to send out statements of balance owed after going into a contract that has close to 50% interest rates! Do Not USE a blue world pools! Take out a personal loan or buy a pool through a local reputable dealer! Blue World Pools contracts and service is horrible!

Dishonest company they lie to their customers and sales representatives, as a sales representatives I worked for a month, they lied and never paid me on the pools I sold, they are very Dishonest they need turned in, they cannot keep up with the same conversation on each email and lie on each email, have proof.I have proof looking for attorney to *** this company. Absolutely the worst!! After careful consideration In a matter of 24 hours we decided now was not the time to purchase a pool. The salesman was very pushy and I was very skeptical afterwards which led me to research. I have called multiple times with no one willing to talk to me. I have been hung up on repeatedly. You have 3 days to cancel via the mail they will not accept phone calls to cancel. I have never felt so disrespected by a company before in my life. Beware! Horrible place to do business with. They pressure you make false promises and stand over you until you do say what they need you to do to make the sale and give you all false information about cancellation. The customer service is horrible. I was given false information from the start and the whole entire process. My daughter was hospitalized between the time I signed and when I tried to cancel. I asked for another copy of the signed contract and the customer service rep refused. The sales rep assured me that I could cancel ... read more

Biggest pos company I've ever dealt with. **************** reps have nasty gang member attitudes, rude and interrupt you mid sentence. Literally 2 different people hung up on me 2 seperate occasions when trying to resolve a payment is***. You will be put on hold for 20 plus minutes and when you complain a black lady with attitude, smart attitude will chuckle and tell you 20 minutes is good. I'm planning to *** in regards to her threats. Not even a 1 star. DONT BUY A POOL. YOU WILL BE VERY VERY SORRY!!!

My wife and I bought our Blue World Pool 2 years ago. Since then we have had to have our ladder replaced which Blue World pools said that is not covered under warranty. So we called the ladder company and they said that was not true so we called Blue World pools back and told them what the ladder company said. We got our new ladder in about 2 weeks free of charge. That was great we got the ladder but they lied about it. Now its been 2 years and the sides are rusting. I have sent pictures to them. Now its been 6 months later ... read more

Their equipment malfunctioned before we ever got into the pool and there was 2 small holes in the liner higher than where the installer has to see. I paid over 1100 dollars to have ot filled. They telling me I need to drain my pool after not even using it for them to put in a new liner but will not pay for new water to be put in. Not fair for me to be punished for their equipment malfunctioning.

I wouldnt even recommend.. saw a deal, they incessantly called over and over and over.. I finally answered when I had the time of day.. made a same day appt, ZERO consultation personnel at the time allotted, no text, no call, no show! S*****
