Ran credit check without permission, and the rep. said if we got someone else's pool then we would get cancer and our grandchildren and great grands would be have a greater risk of cancer too. She acted like we were bad people risking children's lives because we couldn't aford their pool.
Well I had my pool put in in 2021. Love my pool but billing omg. We made arrangements for my payment to come out on the last Friday of the month. I guess they decided to take it early or late one month overdrafted my account costing me money. When I called I let that one slide told them last Friday of the month again. Low and behold they overdrafted me again along with 4 other charges I got cause of insufficient funds on my other bills. These are the rudest people Ive ever felt with. They are all nice trying to get you to buy a pool then get scammed into it and they turn into the worst people ever. Im sure everyone is feeling the effects of inflation and going through a struggle, the day after my payment was due I got a threatening text that I will have a lean put on my property. Tried 3 times to talk to someone about the pool and any type of help because after installation the liner tore and one side of the pool collapsed. All 3 times the people were extremely rude, hung up me and then refused to come up with any solution. Their only comment was well sorry best of luck to youThen just hangs up on you.
I paid cash for a 24 foot diameter above ground pool back in august of 2022. I should have verified their business reparation. The pool is not level about a foot j hi ugh er on one side. I have been trying to get them to come and repair it on warantee for the last 3 monthes. When I call them and lucky enough to get an answer, I get the run around. My daughter and Granddaughter saw the commercial for the Blue World Pool..it was both there birthdays..they begged me to bye 1..so I inquired about them they sent a lady she talked it up like it was the best thing boy was she wrong..it took over 2weeks for anyone to contact me for installation..I called back they said some kinda shortage with materials..so another couple weeks a guy calls from BWP..talked it up more said cause we had to wait he would upgrade pool..still no installers for another few weeks finally they contac... read more
We recently purchased a new pool from Blue World Pools and we couldn't be happier with our decision. There was one issue we encountered, we wanted to finance, spoke to finance department and were given our rates and payments, but on day of install the installer had paperwork for a cash deal. The installer had already started leveling my yard when this was discovered and when we called finance they said that I had said I wanted to pay cash. I paid for a pool and the installer dropped it off and stated he would be back in two days to install the pool. The installer never showed had to call him personally when he didnt show up and he gave excuses and we rescheduled. The installer again did not show up a second time this went on for a total of 3 different times. After speaking to **** the head of installation at blue world pools he offered me a nicer pool and all the extras for my trouble, and guaranteed the installer to be at my house on a new date. The company placed a lein on my mortgage for the entire amount due when one payment was 19 days late after I had surgery for canver.

This customer is incorrect. Blue World Pools files the UCC at installation and not in response to a missed payment. The lien language is reviewed with the customer several times throughout sales process, contained in the sales documents, as well as a highlighted and initialed section of the pool contract. Blue World Pools wishes the customer only the best in her fight with cancer!
