We contacted Bluebird care before Christmas when we were having a tough time with my Dad. The Customer Liason Manager is helpful and reassuring and she was able to set us up with carers within the week. My Dad has always liked the carers who attend, and I am able to keep in regular contact with her, to update and modify plans. It has taken great pressure off our shoulders as a family and we are very grateful.

The customer liaison manager came to see us when we were in a very stressed state. My husband had been discharged after a month in hospital after Covid and needed care. The carers who came to the house were amazing, kind, helpful, caring and professional. She set up a Dossett box and couldn't have been more professional in every way.

My father-in-law is in the early stages of Alzheimer's and we were keen to put care into place so that it would be positive for him and provide him with the support he needs. After an extensive assessment and consultation period it was decided that he would have companionship care twice per week. Bluebird has been able to offer my mum an outstanding care package at short notice. The management has gone above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of care are covered and the carers have been kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.

We needed to set in place some support for my 89-year-old Godmother who lives on her own, during the lockdown It became noticeable that she needed more help with shopping, housework and cooking nourishing meals. A wonderfully kind neighbour was able to help with these tasks initially and did so for several months, but it became evident that she needed to step back and get on with her own life once she was able to meet again with friends and family. The care given to my brother has been second to none. The care workers keep to their allotted time or as close to it as they possibly can. If there was a delay someone would call to let us know. All of the staff we have been in contact with have been very caring, compassionate and have treated my brother with utmost dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking additional care for their loved ones.
