We used your services from 28/10/21 until 23/12/21 after my husband had had a very serious car crash. It was wonderful to have two mornings off a week where the excellent carers who came to the house were amazing, kind, helpful, caring and professional. Mainly our regular carer who came. I would thoroughly recommend this Company of carers who helped us in a difficult situation. With kind regards and thanks.

We contacted Bluebird care before Christmas when we were having a tough time with my Dad. The Customer Liason Manager is helpful and reassuring and she was able to set us up with carers within the week. My Dad has always liked the carers who attend, and I am able to keep in regular contact with her, to update and modify plans. It has taken great pressure off our shoulders as a family and we are very grateful.

The customer liaison manager came to see us when we were in a very stressed state. My husband had been discharged after a month in hospital after Covid and needed care. The carers who came to the house were amazing, kind, helpful, caring and professional. She set up a Dossett box and couldn't have been more professional in every way.

My father-in-law is in the early stages of Alzheimer's and we were keen to put care into place so that it would be positive for him and provide him with the support he needs. After an extensive assessment and consultation period it was decided that he would have companionship care twice per week. He not only enjoys the company but it is also an extra bonus for us that the carers pass on anything that is relevant to what we need to know. Bluebird has been able to offer my mum an outstanding care package at short notice. The management has gone above and beyond to ensure that all aspects of care are covered and the carers have been kind, friendly and incredibly helpful. Highly recommended.
