I could not recommend the team at Bluebird more highly. They provided such an all round caring and efficient service for my mother. I called from hospital to arrange care for her and they responded and organised everything within 24 hours. They were incredibly flexible to our changing needs from once a day visits 2 of their team coming 4 times a day. On behalf of my whole family, I would like to thank them.

I am next of kin for my 91 year old uncle who lives 100 miles away so it is difficult for me to respond quickly to crises. One of his Bluebird carers noticed recently that he was quite unwell and called for an ambulance. Because of delays, the Customer Care Support Officer went to stay with my uncle until the ambulance arrived, a few hours later. Right from the outset you could tell the quality of the organisation and I felt reassured that the care that mum would be receiving would be perfect for her needs. Within the first week, mum was delighted with her carers and remarked how lovely they were and what a difference it makes. It's early days for us, but I'm glad we acted on the recommendation we received from a friend, certainly seems to have been a great choice.
