Bluebird Care has provided my father with first-class care. From the very outset their capacity to listen, their attention to detail and their determination to provide care of a high quality shines through. I have found all the staff I have had contact with to be professional, approachable and helpful. My father's circumstances continue to change however I feel confident that the care Bluebird will be able to offer in the future will also evolve to meet his needs.

My parents are very difficult, but without exception, all of the Bluebird staff I have dealt with have been kind, helpful, patient, highly trained and committed both with my parents and myself. I have found that Bluebird Care is willing to accommodate different requirements at short notice eg during my absence.

Bluebird have gone out of their way to provide appropriate care for my husband. Alzheimer’s makes his moods very variable, and his carers have managed with great patience and understanding. I also feel that Bluebird value their staff and take pains to look after them.
