Outstanding service given by Bluebird care to myself. Bluebird Care provide first-class carers and I cannot fault the service that Bluebird Care gives. I shall be staying with Bluebird for as long as I am alive.

From the first initial conversations, during a busy Christmas period, BlueBird Care made me feel like we were going to be in good hands. Right from the outset you could tell the quality of the organisation and I felt reassured that the care that mum would be receiving would be perfect for her needs. Within the first week, mum was delighted with her carers and remarked how lovely they were and what a difference it makes. It's early days for us, but I'm glad we acted on the recommendation we received from a friend, certainly seems to have been a great choice.

We were very pleased with the excellent care Bluebird provided for my cousin. Their carers were friendly and kind and he was well looked after during their visits, always with dignity and respect for his wishes. It was a comfort knowing how well they were caring for him and to know someone was always available to answer any questions that we might have. I would certainly recommend Bluebird to anyone in need of a care provider.

When you took my dad you also took on my carer mum. All of you, especially one in member of staff in particular, are very patient with Mum to allow her to 'gee up the reins' a little so that you can support with a weekly shower - even accommodating her wish for male-only carers, where possible. Your kindness with Mum allows your caring of Dad to happen. Thank you!

Bluebird Care was extremely fast to respond to the initial request for care and has been thoroughly professional, helpful and friendly from start to finish. They have been very accommodating in respect of any requests and alterations to the service required and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Wonderful carers who are looking after Mum will always go the extra mile whenever needed, which sometimes may be out of their remit! Nothing phases them, so kind, caring, considerate and respectful. I've built up, over the last few years, a rapport with them. I live 3 hours away from mum, so it is so reassuring the care is there. They all have a wonderful sense of humour too!
