We needed to set in place some support for my 89-year-old Godmother who lives on her own, during the lockdown It became noticeable that she needed more help with shopping, housework and cooking nourishing meals. The care given to my brother has been second to none. The care workers keep to their allotted time or as close to it as they possibly can. If there was a delay someone would call to let us know. All of the staff we have been in contact with have been very caring, compassionate and have treated my brother with utmost dignity and respect. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking additional care for their loved ones.

My wife has had Bluebird for 18 months now. The care agency businesses are filled with varying standards but Bluebird are constantly good at organising staff and keeping in touch with clients when things go wrong which is inevitable from time to time. Well done.

My experience with Bluebird was short but very positive. My Aunt was only in their care for a couple of weeks with a visit to hospital interfering. I was particularly impressed with the flexibility shown to accommodate the break and also differing levels of care required. My Aunt was positive about the care she did receive before we had to acknowledge that her needs became too complex for home care. The Customer Liaison Manager was excellent. Communicated well and put together a comprehensive Care Plan in short order.
