Bluebird has provided us with wonderful service. They are professional, polite, punctual, all so friendly and value for money too. I would definitely recommend them and hope to be able to use them myself one day, so that I may stay in our own home. Top marks Bluebird and keep up the good work.

My wife has had Bluebird for 18 months now. The care agency businesses are filled with varying standards but Bluebird are constantly good at organising staff and keeping in touch with clients when things go wrong which is inevitable from time to time. Well done.

We are so grateful to everyone who helped Mum over the past couple of months. It really did make a difference and she loved interacting with everyone who came to oversee her care every day. We are particularly grateful for all the guidance and the fact that everything was organised so quickly and efficiently, particularly when there were changes to be implemented. You were all a great help during an uncertain time and we are very glad to have found you.

My experience with Bluebird was short but very positive. My Aunt was only in their care for a couple of weeks with a visit to hospital interfering. I was particularly impressed with the flexibility shown to accommodate the break and also differing levels of care required. My Aunt was positive about the care she did receive before we had to acknowledge that her needs became too complex for home care. The Customer Liaison Manager was excellent. Communicated well and put together a comprehensive Care Plan in short order.

The Bluebird Care team I have are all very caring, kind and very professional. As I have limited mobility on one side, they know how to deal with this effectively. They always give you a welcome when they come in and are happy and friendly. There help and support have helped myself and my wife immensely with my difficult medical condition, that's why I feel I have to publicise their excellent services.

From day one Bluebird Care have been nothing but professional. Everyone that has cared for my dad has been incredibly friendly and has made a point of trying to engage him in conversation without rushing him. I love listening to the banter in the bathroom as my dad has a joke with everyone and it is so reassuring to see how he is now quite relaxed with all the carers despite having several different ones due to the pandemic and people having to self isolate. I cannot rate this company highly enough, the standard of care provided by each and every carer was outstanding! We cannot thank the carers enough for everything they did for my grandad and will always recommend them to anyone needing care at home.

Very professional carers and management. Carers are polite, smart and patient. They give their time willingly and with patience and understanding. Good timekeeping. A consistent set of carers. Management prompt and accurate with invoices and answering to any special requests.

This was a great agency until it had a manager change and now has become the most uncaring care company out there. All the care team are brilliant but unfortunately, they are controlled by bad management. As long as you can’t speak up for yourself you be ok but if you can talk up for yourself then this is not your type of company, you will be promised everything but in reality, you will not receive it. This is a personal review of myself.
