I was so relieved to come back to Bluebird Care, I knew the care I'd receive would be safe, compassionate and kind. Actually, both carers and office staff are caring, kind and compassionate. I really value the carers I have, they are so willing to help and they enable me to stay in my home. My sincere thanks to them all.

We have recently started care for my mother, who is a very anxious, nervous, and shy lady. All the carers have been exceptionally kind, caring, and cheerful, as well as very efficient. It is still taking time for Mum to get used to having carers, but she likes them all and appreciates their help. We are very impressed with how kind and caring they have all been.

Bluebird Care carers visit my sister a few times each week. They help with anything and everything, including any personal care, cleaning and tidying plus taking my sister shopping and all her appointments. They arrive promptly and leave an update for us at the end of each day. They are always cheerful and have a good chat throughout their visit. My sister needs a lot of support and we rely heavily on Bluebird for this. Would definitely recommend Bluebird to any clients thinking of getting extra help!

I have been very impressed with Bluebird Care since my first contact; professional, prompt and efficient. I have been particularly pleased with the weekly care my relative has received. His carer has been reliable, caring and very flexible which was just what was needed. It has made such a difference to my relative allowing him to continue to live safely at home whilst maintaining a level of independence. Without exception, all the staff we have dealt with (and we live abroad) have been very responsive, have not objected to the endless questions that we have regarding the system in UK and have even taken time to call after hours to ensure we are mutually in agreement of what is required. After having an operation I needed help to build up my mobility again. I needed the carers' roles to change as my mobility and confidence increased. All the carers that came were very supportive and encouraged me to do the different tasks. They were all very good company and I enjoyed their visits socially as well. Whenever there was a query about anything, the office staff responded quickly and efficiently. I thank you all for helping me on the road to recovery.
