I find the carers thoughtful and very efficient. No problems at all.

The carers are all so very conscientious, caring and compassionate. Excellent listeners, fun and laughter every day. Often going above and beyond their duties. They are all very reliable and dependable. The management of the company is very understanding, helpful, very professional with excellent, well-informed staff. I've been so very happy with the care I'm receiving.

Had a very positive experience with Bluebird Carers. My grandmother was very reluctant to have carers at first but they were brilliant and patient with her and she very quickly grew to enjoy their visits and she built some good relationships. The app also meant I had daily updates on the visits which was really helpful. All staff I had contact with were really friendly and helpful. An all round positive experience.

After receiving a major operation just before Christmas, I very much needed help with personal care when I came home. All the Bluebird girls were friendly and very experienced at giving care and confidence to me for the future.

I had 3/4 hours a.m for getting up and dressed. The time given was on average 10.30 which was the time I was given but not the time I wanted. I wanted earlier. P.M visit was 1/2 hours at 7pm which was too early for me. I never got it any later. I was told three carers I would be given but it turned out to be nine. The staff were good but I had to repeat everything every session. I may have liked another week's care but if I did I would have had to pay for another four weeks. Without exception, I can honestly say that I have thoroughly enjoyed having your carers to help me in my home. Their friendship and work has helped me tremendously. Unfortunately I do find it expensive and my funds will only allow me to have one out once a week - on a Tuesday morning.

Staff very good with my mum, they understand her needs and provide excellent service. Timekeeping is good and communication is very good. We get no help with cost from local authorities and cost is a big factor which may mean moving forward I need to adjust the care provided, but right now very happy.

My father has been receiving morning and evening care visits from Bluebird Care Chichester for a few years. He is stubbornly independent and very sociable. They respect this and only help where needed and include time for lovely chats - he enjoys their friendly visits. Recently his needs have increased and both office staff and carers have provided excellent service, making sure he is kept safe whilst still being respectful.
