Satisfied with the care provided by all carers. Staff are always well presented and friendly. I enjoyed the party in bluebird office it was a great day out getting to see new members of staff and office staff.

Having been with bluebird care for over 16 years I can say they supply a high standard of care my carers are professional and experienced in all and get on going training I get regular reviews and are able to contact the office if there any issues

Staff have been very helpful and kindly and it is reassuring for my family to know that I get regular visits and that I am safe. I have a planned schedule for each week sent to me in advance so I know who will visit each day

Contacted Bluebird with my Care requirements. Person acted swiftly and diligently to put in place package that suited my needs. Assessment carried out quickly and arrangements put in place within a matter of days. Well done to the team for supporting me and my mother in a time of need.

We have used Bluebird Care for a year now, whilst they supply a 24 hour live in care package for our mum. They have been brilliant to deal with. Kind, caring, responsive and professional. We have been very lucky with our carers and they all seem to enjoy their job and the support the company offers. The company themselves are very good to deal with. Management responsive to any request. Schedule always provided ahead of visits. Care staff obviously been trained attentive to person being cared for.

Really great service. The carers are always friendly and they do an exceptional job. My wife and I have seen our lives substantially improve since signing on.

My contact with carers has been satisfactory. Despite my age, I prefer to look after myself as much as I can. Without practical help I would find it difficult or impossible to manage. However, one occasion, the company has sent somebody that should have been employed with this type of work however that's care. Mostly, the staff are kind and considerate.
