My 94-year-old mum lives on her own and her successful independent lifestyle is due, in no small measure, to the care, support and TLC provided by her two Bluebird carers who visit three times a week. The carers are extremely professional but also personable and friendly and Mum really looks forward to their visits. Thorough, professional and left me with a feeling of confidence that my Mum was being properly looked after by the carers on the visits they were undertaking.
Overall very good, some carers more confident than others. Sometimes problems with communication to management but overall happy with service provided. Most importantly, my mother is happy.

Home care of a very high standard is being provided. The staff are skilled, flexible and attentive. They are backed by very efficient administration which keeps us well informed of changes to the staff rota, times of attendance and on-going costs. Altogether a first-class service.
