After a difficult time with previous carers, I was recommended to Bluebird. I have built up a good relationship with the team. They have managed to give mum dedicated carers which means less stress for both mum and myself. The young girls are clean and smart and I can see them on the CCTV which is installed in the house. They are taking good care of mum and on a couple of occasions when mum's light bulbs have popped I have waited to see them come in and asked to change bulbs which has been no problem to them. I first contacted Bluebird following my Mum's illness in October 2020. It was important to organise support for my parents as I live in Oxford and I couldn't stay long term in Edinburgh. My parents are particularly pleased with the arrangement we have in place now and the reassurance that provides. It has been so helpful for me to be able to talk with the management team about changing requirements and tailor visit days and times to those to their needs.

The Carers are Bluebird have been very kind and caring to my mother. They have listened to my requests for change of timings etc and have accommodated our requests which is challenging in these times of the pandemic. Communication is excellent and we are now settling into a good routine with Mum feeling more relaxed and comfortable.

We have been using Bluebird Care for a year now, and as time as gone on my mum has been treated with care and kindness. Some of the carers have gone out of their way to help. there is good communication when any problems occur and we are informed about relevant changes.

My 94-year-old mum lives on her own and her successful independent lifestyle is due, in no small measure, to the care, support and TLC provided by her two Bluebird carers who visit three times a week. The carers are extremely professional but also personable and friendly and Mum really looks forward to their visits. Overall very good, some carers more confident than others. Sometimes problems with communication to management but overall happy with service provided. Most importantly, my mother is happy.
