I have had Bluebird since they took over my previous care provider in May 2025. The carers are always caring and willing to adapt if there is a better way to do things. When an assigned carer is unavailable a suitable alternative is assigned as a replacement. The carers arrive at the specified time, and when they are a little late, it is normally due to a previous service user needing extra help. Carers always end the call with "is there anything else you need help with".

My father received exceptional care from Bluebird for almost a year. Each time his abilities declined Bluebird quickly and professionally increased the level of care to accommodate his needs. The carers fitted well with him and the rest of the family. They were respectful, professional and kind all of the time. Bluebirds support made a difficult time easier to bare.

Our long term Live In Carer is excellent. She cares for our mother with grace, sensitivity and truly makes her life comfortable and enjoyable. She has enabled us as a family to relax and enjoy Ma's company, knowing that her needs are being met, and that she is happy. Cover carers have been very good, however, in July we have had an emergency cover carer who is not quite as organised as our usual excellent Live In Carer. This has been an isolated case thus far.

All care personnel turned up on time, and carried to any requests. The management dealt with an unexpected situation, requiring a change to the planned visits in an efficient and speedy manor. Generally a very satisfactory service.
My experience of Bluebird Care has been nothing but five-star from the start and I fully recommend them to anyone looking for care and support for elderly relatives in their own home. The initial meeting to discuss my parents' needs quickly established what was suitable and was conducted in a manner that gave them confidence in what was going to happen. This month especially, extra care was needed for Dad as I had a surgical procedure and was told to rest for a week at least. Carers covered the important hours of care for Dad and made it possible for me to stay in bed for some of the morning which was brilliant. The carers, on the whole, are very efficient and kind and enable Dad to stay in his home which is so important for his emotional well-being. Thank you Bluebird Care for all that you do.
