The excellent Bluebird carers have enabled mum to stay in her own home for the past four and a half years, and it is with reluctance that we have had to now move her into residential care to be nearer to family. We would especially like to thank her carers, who have particularly helped with the situation as mum's dementia worsens, although all the carers have been great, very kind and professional.

My mum can be hard work but all your carers know what she can be like and are very caring towards my mum and never upset her by staying if she asks them to go, that shows me they all care about my mum.

Excellent care service with friendly dedicated and committed staff. Whenever there’s been any kind of problem, very proactive in finding the best solutions. Live-in carers have been excellent and support from back office is also excellent.

Bluebird Care has been a life-saver (literally), enabling for Mum to remain in her home of 50 years. The live-in care is outstanding, providing Mum with her 'happy home' - she is safe, well-nourished, supported and engaged with every day. I had to arrange care quickly for my mother after a fall at home. Bluebird arranged an assessment quickly and were able to provide a live-in carer within a week. Mum was very happy with the carers who lived in and looked after her, and I was extremely pleased with the service provided.

I am very happy with the care my mother is receiving from Bluebird. They are enabling her to live at home and be in the surroundings she is used to. She also likes knowing someone will be there each day. They are all very efficient and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
