Through the care of Bluebird Care carers, plus friends and towards the end, help from community nurses, MacMillan carers and Marie Curie nurses, one of my best friends was able to remain in her own home and died peacefully on 3rd April. The Bluebird Care team took excellent care of my dad in the last few weeks of his life, they all made him feel independent and listened to. They also asked if I was ok which was above and beyond, thank you all.

After having received care for three/four years now I am completely satisfied with the care now. Have had a few ups and downs and unforeseen circumstances. I have got to know my carers over this time and find them efficient and friendly.

I’m a domiciliary care client from North Tyneside. I have only been with the organisation since Monday evening, 18 September 2023, and I'm very impressed with the support workers' arrival time; they remain with the client the allotted time - nothing phases them - the organisation is a breath of fresh air compared with other organisations I have been involved with, I would highly recommend this organization without a second thought. First encounter was a daily visit for my mum years ago. The past five years have been involved with many care companies. Again, accessed Bluebird Care as a shortfall on my mum's care package - Bluebird gladly took an evening call. Management of the company, I have found outstanding, ethos, approach and review process. App is excellent - allows me to check if I need to go into Mum. Staff know Mum well. Always in uniform, smart and tidy and leave the bungalow safe. Staff always helpful, kind and understanding of my parents' needs and at the end of a phone if I have a problem and they let me know if they have had to contact other agencies in emergencies when they haven't been able to contact me when I am working.
