My mum is very happy with the care she receives. She says they are all very nice and make sure that she looks presentable. I'm happy with my mum's care and its very reassuring for me that she is safe and well looked after.

My mum has been very pleased with the help and company she has been getting from Bluebird Care. She doesn't allow them to do much housework but that's fine - me and my sister are glad that she has a daily visit, so we know she has seen another human each day and there is someone to help if we can't visit.

My parents care is excellent and allows them to live as independently as possible. Bluebird have listened to any concerns we've had and made adjustments as necessary.
