It is a very professional organisation which reflects in the standards of the carers. Always on time and follow the guidelines which they are trained to do. The carers have different personalities but they are always pleasant and helpful.

Bluebird provide excellent care of my mother. She and I could not manage her being in her own home without the service.

I really enjoy my Bluebird Care ladies visiting me. Nothing is too much trouble.
Takes time to settle in with Bluebird Care. Ones life changes, give and take, hard lessons. The girls can be a bit robotic, do not see the obvious needs attention. Standard varies, some helpers are wonderful, others just do minimum required. One the whole I am satisfied. I myself being not an easy person to get along with.
