Fairly good and helpful carers, all the time the carers were trying to ensure that I was comfortable and was quite impressed by one of the carers who was all the time helpful.

The carers I have are very kind & very good. at first I did wonder what things would be like, but as it is every thing turned out fine.

It is a very professional organisation which reflects in the standards of the carers. Always on time and follow the guidelines which they are trained to do. The carers have different personalities but they are always pleasant and helpful.

Bluebird provide excellent care of my mother. She and I could not manage her being in her own home without the service.
