David Griffin was great! I was a walk-in just seeking info regarding a pull ahead offer and he serviced me ASAP despite having a scheduled appt and another walk-in. I gave him my wishlist, and within minutes he found a car that met my needs. Instead of waiting hours at the dealership, he suggested I get dinner and return later, which I did and within the hour, I drove away with my new car! Brad Paris represents all the great qualities that A BMW Client Advisor should have. He listened to me and patiently spent time showing me a variety of options. Never did I feel pressured or insecure about asking a question. His responses and explanations were clear and concise. Leased my first vehicle through BMW of Rochester Hills. It was a good experience from start to finish. Tonya helped me choose the vehicle, navigate through the features, and provided me with all the information necessary.Tonya was great at following up with various questions I had concerning delivery of the vehicle, costs, and delivery. Tonya was great to deal with and always responded in a timely fashion!

Dave took the time with me to understand what was important and suggested a car that is actually perfect! I was also considering a Mercedes, and once I met with Dave, it was clear that working with him was going to be a great experience. I never felt pressured, and he was sensitive to my schedule. Once I decided on a delivery date, he was able to get everything together for me to take delivery only a few hours later. I would definitely recommend working with Dave!

I stopped in just to check out the 428 without any intention of buying it. Dave was extremely helpful and primarily due to his help I wound up making buying a new 428 from him. I could not more highly recommend Dave and BMW of Rochester Hills.
