I recently leased a 2015 335xDrive. Brad made the whole process an enjoyable one! He worked so hard, and communicated so effectively with me by phone, email, and text messages. Whenever I had a question, he answered me right away be it during the weekend, or way before or after the office hours. Frank did a great job in handling any questions I had. This is the second certified used vehicle I have purchased from BMW of Rochester Hills and they performed well both times. Erick is a great partner to Frank and both were available whenever needed to keep the process moving quickly and professionally.
Great experience the whole way. Everyone was incredibly helpful and made the leading process very easy. And of course, the car is so much fun to drive!
