I have never experienced at a dealership customer service to the level I did here. It was amazing from the time I walked in the door and continues even after I have left with my first BMW. Frank my sales rep was very knowledgeable, everything happened like he said it would and when he said it would. I work in the service industry and this is the customer service we strive for. I’m sure this won’t be my last BMW from this dealership.

I was interested in a high quality awd vehicle for my wife and was referred to Erick Grabruck at BMW of Rochester Hills. Erick was able to show me a great selection of vehicles, all of which represented a great value. Follow service has been excellent and when I did encounter a minor problem, it was solved immediately to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to a friend. Vince of Northville

From the minute I walked in to the follow up service years later, Erick Grabruck and the crew in Shelby Township were great. I'm glad I gave them my business and I hope others will do the same.

BMW brand speaks for itself; however, I don’t think there is another dealership that could compare. I am a lifelong customer for as long as I am in Michigan, and after if possible. I would highly recommend Bavarian BMW of Rochester Hills to friends, co-workers and family. David Griffin was wonderful! David and Matthew both were enduring and so kind. Brad Paris was an exceptional sales representative. This is my second BMW and because I was moving from a 530i to a 5X, Brad made sure I understood all of the new features on my new vehicle. He remained in regular contact with me from the time I ordered the vehicle until the time I picked it up. This was my first experience at a luxury marque's dealership. Richard Bell ensured that I was not disappointed. His friendliness immediately set me at ease, and more importantly than his product knowledge (which was excellent), he took the time to understand my needs and wants in a vehicle, instead of the usual salesperson approach of trying to "fit" a car on the lot to me. Just came away with a great experience while picking up my 435i. Matthew introduced me to the car on the showroom floor and wow'd me with the features, Rich then provided a detailed overview of the car and its functionality upon delivery. Both made me very comfortable with the car and the dealership prior to driving away. They clearly know the features and capabilities of the BMW product line, and are excited to tell you about them!! Great experience overall!

I worked with Brad Paris, and he was extremely responsive and accommodating to my requests. This was an excellent experience, and I know he will continue to address any concerns I may have. Maryanne was also very attentive with my online inquiries. This is a great team!
