We also worked with Matthew Vazana to select our new 4 series. The dealership is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous we've experienced. Everything went very smoothly. Stopped in to test drive the X3 when shopping for our new luxury crossover. Richard Bell stood out amongst your competitors in terms of friendliness & product knowledge. Unfortunately, the Volvo XC60 R Line V6 just meet more of our of requirements & expectations at the $50,000 price point. However, due to our experience with Richard, we will definitely consider BMW again.

WOW...today's ultimate driving machine, is also the ultimate command center of information and technology. Thanks to Richard Bell, he made delivery of my parents (in their 70s) X3 extremely easy. Richard has tons of energy...not to mention tons of patience! Teaching my Mother how to set up hands free phone, favorite stations, navigation, not to mention "push button" park...was remarkable.
