This is a great dealership, I truly have had an ultimate experience when I leased my car. I will definitely recommend them to a friend, they have so many cars to choose from and my sales person ( David Griffin) was very very kind, knowledgeable, patient and helpful, he truly have helped me in selecting the right car and educating me with everything I need to know about my new BMW 528xI. I was a bit cautious about visiting this dealership (I'm a retiree of General Motors). Previous experiences with salesmen when I was a non-employee customer were not good. Brad Paris, the sales person I worked with, was very friendly and helped through the whole process. When I picked up the car, he described operations of the features very well. We also toured the facility and met key personnel who were very welcoming. It has been a very pleasant experience and not at all what I thought it could have been.

It all started 4 years ago I wanted to buy my first BMW but I wasn't sure what I wanted or anything and Im very indecisive. I had been to many dealerships and didnt find them helpful or friendly so I almost gave up untill I met Sammi he helped me find the perfect car to fit me and helped out with everything even dealt with all of my elderly family members coming in to give him a hard time. He is a wondeful guy! Im on my second BMW from him now and will continue to do business with him and BMW of Rochester Hills.

It was time for a new car and I was having a hard time deciding. I saw Sam Naoum at BMW of Rochester Hills who made the process easy and simple. He arranged for me to test drive several different models and described features in each model. Once I decided he encouraged me to bring in my car seats and children to ensure the car was everything I wanted and a good fit for me and my family.
