I was very impressed with the dealership and my salesman, he was very helpful and friendly and did everything he could to make sure we were happy with our experience. I love my new vehicle and hav been very happy with the whole process of test driving and getting signed up for the lease.

I stopped at BMW of Rochester Hills (just curious) after mentally committing to another brand. I was greeted by General Manager, Wayne Youngblood, who then introduced me to Brad Paris and soon discovered that prior to being a Client Advisor, Brad was an enthusiastic BMW owner. BMW of Rochester Hills stands out as a customer centric dealer. They treated me from the get go as an earnest buyer, willingly offered to figure out both lease options and financing options, were prepared for my visit even though several customers showed up at the same time, gave me a fair trade in and coincidentally, had the color combination I wanted. Frank and the rest of the team I dealt with were great. I purchased from out of state so this was not a "normal" transaction, but the folks at BMW of Rochester Hills made for a great experience! There was a car waiting for me at the Detroit airport and Frank stayed after the dealership closed answering questions and finalizing the transaction. They worked hard answering questions and sending pictures and information to make me comfortable enough to make a trip to purchase a vehicle I had not seen in person, much less driven!

My experience with BMW of Rochester was excellent. Our sales person Erick Grabrock made my wife and I feel very comfortable with the entire transaction. I also liked how they followed up with us making sure that were are happy and if they could do anything further. The other item I really liked was that Erick never high pressure sailed us, he just stayed professional the entire time. Dave Nannini

I traded emails with Maryanne, and Erick, had an initial meeting with Erick and traded messages over the course of a couple of weeks while I settled on the vehicle that I wanted. Once I zeroed in on the car Erick (and Eric and Frank) were friendly and helpful in getting through the process. I'm very satisfied with the purchasing experience at BMW of Rochester Hills.

The service and attention we got was worth a trip across town (though there are closer dealership options to us). I was impressed how professional and sensitive Richard and the staff were to our needs considering our rushed schedule and our 6 month old son. I felt the service and extra options pitch during final delivery was very informative and firm with recommendations, but not pushy, which was a nice change compared to our other car shopping experiences elsewhere . David was very knowledgable about the vehicles. He was not pushy, just trying to help me find what I wanted. After the vehicle was ordered, he kept me updated periodically where the car was in the process.
