I was so happy with the sales and service I received at BMW of Rochester Hills, I leased my second car from them in less than a year. Sammi Naoum, my client adviser,found the car that I wanted and the deal was signed very quickly. Highly recommend the sales team here- they aim to please their customers.

Can't say enough about the customer service at this dealership. From the time I purchased my car to the first service that I received. Everyone is exceptional from the minute you enter. They take time to explain things - offer suggestions and most of all treat you with respect and courtesy at all times. I felt like I was the only one there to work with the team. The customer service provided by Richard Bell and as well as all other BMW of Rochester Hills staff was first class from the very first encounter. From helping to decide which car to go with, through the ordering process and getting the best options, to the day of pick up, everyone at the dealership exceeded my expectations. What is more, I absolutely love my car. I would highly recommend this dealership, one will be very happy with what they have to offer.

Great customer service, Richard Bell was very genuine in how he made me feel as a customer and a person. Very professional, very knowledgeable about BMW's products and then some. Everyone that I came in contact with at that dealership was very friendly and helpful.

I am very happy with my experience with BMW of Rochester Hills. I am extremely happy with Brad Paris. For whatever reason, the model I was looking for was very difficult to find. (I know this because I actually did a 5 state search myself) Brad worked very hard to find the exact car I wanted and get it up to the dealership. He didn't try to get me to change my requirements or switch to another model. I really appreciate his effort and diligence. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. We've leased five BMW's in recent years, and enjoy all the qualities of these cars. We just returned from a 3,000 mile road trip to Florida and found our X3 to be perfect in all respects: heavy traffic, open road, nav, leather comfort for hours at a time, etc. Our dealership experience with Brad Paris was likewise excellent.
