Frank and Eric were very forthcoming on the best deal they could offer and the sales process was very smooth. Although, I had decided to pick up the car two days later and I changed my mind and decided to pick it up the same afternoon, Frank and Dave went above and beyond to accommodate my request in spite of my financing institution being closed for business. I was looking for a car that was equipped with a specific list of items which included manual transmission and navigation. Using one of the online auto search sites a 2012 BMW 328i from Bavarian appeared. This car was loaded with low miles and a price to sell. I couldn't believe it was still available. my wife and I went to Bavarian BMW in Shelby, mi looking for a car for her. We also visited Meade Lexus the prior day and was just wanting to make a comparison. I got in there "just to take look". Meet sales Rep Jim Berry and he show us the different options available, the we Test drive one of the cars and love it. We requested specific colors for the outside and inside and Jim found one for us at a different location, within a week we were driving our first BMW. Very Friendly people, great inventory available, well organized, very clean. Bottom line, they know what they are doing !.
Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and helpful. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I was happy with the price point on my certified pre-owned 328i and confident the car was thoroughly inspected. The car is amazing and I look forward to driving it everyday.
I was very happy with the used BMW I purchased at Bavarian BMW. Even though the sale closing was delayed they worked hard to make it right.
