Erick was great! He helped us throughout the whole process and explained everything very well! Mind you this is my first car purchase so it was a little confusing! he made everything easy and simple and i ended up driving the car out of there when we were done! def. recommend them! love my bmw :-)

My Sales Representative was Erick Grabruck at Bavarian BMW. He was friendly and courteous and let me test drive multiple vehicles in a bid to figure out what exactly I wanted. He worked with me on the price of the BMW 2011 335i that I purchased, reviewing comparables, to come up with my best case price, and was always around if I wanted to call or stop in for questions. I would shop with Erick and Bavarian again.

This dealership is one of 5 that I ventured to in search of my next vehicle. My husband and I prefer to lease vehicles and have been looking for a month or two. Erick was my initial point of contact by telephone and I couldn't be more pleased. I found the vehicle I had been looking for online and Erick was informative, helpful and responsive to my needs. When I arrived at the dealership he was prompt in meeting me and the deal was quickly closed. I wouldn't hesitate to again use or recommend Bavarian BMW or Erick.

Hello Don, Let me start by saying, we are very happy and impressed by the service we receive by both the Service Department and Sales Department of Bavarian BMW. My wife and I have been buying BMW's from Bavarian for nearly 10 years; 7 so far. A few months ago, my 2009 528xi suffered an unusual failure from the radiator. After a two week period of looking for a BMW 525, we found exactly what we were looking for here. The car was in excellent condition, but the total experience was worth our 1 1/2 to 2 hour trip to purchase. Our salesman, Scott Magyar couldn't have been more helpful and fun to deal with. I find everyone at the dealership especially Erick to be very knowledgeable about the product. BMW vehicles are very technical - it is refreshing to have a salesman that is capable of describing in layman's terms the attributes of such a well engineered and well built vehicle.

It was an absolute wonderful experience end to end. Erick was very professional and really paid attention to the finer details. He sat in the car in the rain and went over every single feature of the vehicle. He went and got assistance to make sure my phone was properly synced when our attempts weren’t successful. I will absolutely buy another vehicle from him.
