I recently picked up my third vehicle from BMW of Rochester Hills. This is a great facility especially the service department. I worked with Tonya Murray this time and would highly recommend her. This was a very easy relaxed experience and everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. Even if they weren't 2 miles from my house, I would still be a customer.
I recently purchased a CPO BMW from Erick Grabruck at BMW of Rochester Hills. The experience was great and I will definitely be back again for my next car. The purchase process efficient and enjoyable. The dealership is immaculate and I felt like a valued customer as soon as I arrived. When the car was ready, Erick explained all the key features of the car, service, and CPO benefits. Could not have been a better experience!
