This the second vehicle I purchased from Erick Grabruck in the last six months. I purchased a 335 GT from Erick in March for my wife. The buying experience was so good I went back to trade in my 2013 X3 and purchase a new X3. When I went to the dealership I found Erick was on vacation, so I waited until he returned before I purchased my new X3. On both occasions the buying experience was great.

We were moving from New York City to Oakland County (OC) Michigan on short notice and needed to quickly arrange for a car lease, sight unseen, that we could pick up when we got to the OC. I had a great experience. Frank Sands and Matt Vazana made the experience very easy. They were patient. They worked with me until I found the car I wanted. I would definitely recommend the dealer and Frank Sands.

Brad Paris is by far one of the best salespeople EVER!! He's patient, listens and finds the best price! I would recommend him to everybody I know!! All in all this was one of the greatest experiences of purchasing a car!!

My experience was very easy. Jason was great to work with from the very beginning to the very end. He took a great deal of time to show me all the bells and whistles of my new purchase! Jason made sure I was pleased and felt comfortable with everything before driving off of the lot. My entire experience at this dealership was very comfortable. My experience with Frank at BMW of Rochester was outstanding. The vehicle was as advertised and he was a great sales person. I was in and out in 30 minutes with no hard sell. I would recommend this dealership and especially Frank to all.
