I met with Jonathan, one of the members of the BMW Genius team. He was extremely helpful with showing me around my M235i. He was clearly very knowledgeable about BMWs and automobiles in general and it was a joy to talk to a fellow gearhead!

Jonathan assisted with showing me everything my car had to offer. I purchased back in May and have not had the time to really learn the convertible. He was very good at explaining everything. I think it is wonderful that BMW offers this service. I also had a service call for scheduled maintenance. The entire team that I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Went in to find a lease and trade in my car I was financing but still owed 2 years of payments. Ended up getting a great appraisal and got into a new lease with little hassle. Overall a great experience with all the staff I came across. Full tank of gas plus a $75 gift card towards BMW parts and accessories were pretty sweet thank you's from them.
