Tim knew exactly what I wanted and how much I was looking to spend and delivered. By far the best experience in purchasing a vehicle and I have purchased at least 10. BMW is the leader in automotive engineering and Tim is fully aware of it and educated on all aspects of my new 228i. The best car I have ever purchased. Thank You Tim and Chapman team! It's a good feeling to not be overcharged or disrespected like at many other dealerships.
Their Service Dept is the best - I have worked with Tony Disalvo for 7 years and he has been great. He goes above and beyond to get you the most repair value for your money and he is honest.
I could give you my story about great Chapman's service department is, but anything I'd say has already been said quite a few times in these reviews - clear, comprehensive, first-class, etc. What I'd like to add is this: These guys love BMWs and believe wholeheartedly in their product. Their passion for these cars makes me feel even better about owning one.
I just bought a new 435i Gran Coupe from Chapman BMW and the whole experience from start to finish was unbelievably fantastic and an overall positive experience from sales to financing to tutoring me on every option my BMW has and does. I am completely satisfied with the friendly and informative staff I had the pleasure of dealing with. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
Dave Pense, Service Advisor, was great setting up service to replace a tire on my wife's 228i and taking care of a scheduled oil change. Her car was returned washed and in tip top shape.
Everyone was very nice, as always, and Mike was really helpful. It actually took less time and the bill was a little less that what I was quoted. My car was clean and looked great! I have never had any problems with this dealership.
Overall great customer service from the time I walked in and throught the whole repair processes. April kept me up to date every step of the way. If you need collision work go here.
