This is my second purchase from this dealorship. Ryan helped me with my first purchase and helped to get me qualified for my second car. My light came on low tire pressure brought it in and they took good care of me, everyone at this dealership is always friendly professional and they all go beyond a typical service.

I have purchased quite a few cars and my experience at Chapman was by far the best one. The customer services was fantastic. The whole process was quick and painless.
Excellent service at this dealership. Particular kudos go to my Service Advisor Vince. He knew I had this same issue in the past, and even though I am no longer under warranty, he went to bat for me and got me a discount that gave me considerable savings on this repair. He didn't have to do that, but it's very much appreciated. The definition of going the extra mile for a customer.
