Have dealt with many dealerships of various brands over the years, but this dealership is by far the best we have ever used and we did not even buy our vehicle here. From the time we first met with our service advisor, David Pence, until we left we received excellent communication regarding our vehicle. Was especially impressed when David told us our service would take an hour and we had it back in about 45 minutes. We hope to do more business with this firm in the future.

I had recently moved down to the Phoenix Metro area to start a new job and was in them market for a new car. I had the pleasure of working with Henry Wang at Chapman BMW. I have been working with Matt for a number of years now and I can tell you there are none better.He makes the service process efficient and problem free.He has a can do attitude no matter how big a problem you have and always maintains a professional demeanor.He is the kind of employee and company would be lucky to have.

Every time I visit, Matt K takes care of me like I am part of his family. Only the best treatment and he does everything he can to get me in and out in a jiffy. He makes sure to ask about my family and is always greeting me with a smile! He is the best!

I have been brining my vehicles to Chapman for several years and have been working with Kris Mason on all of my service needs. Kris is very easy to work and does an excellent job communicating and following up on all customer questions and service needs. Kris is very professional and has gone above and beyond many times. There is a teamwork environment at Chapman. Keep up the great work!!

I've trusted Matt Konecek for over four years with my car. His appointments are always on time and he will always clearly explain if and what needs service. He always does his best to ensure that you will have a loaner car and adequate transportation. I have been to other locations in the past, but Matt and his true commitment to customer service is unlike any other. I am so lucky I have found someone that I trust with my car!!!! Thank you so much!
