We bought a new 2016 BMW X5 sDrive35i. I visited all the valley dealerships before closing the deal with Chandler Chapman. Just bought a new 2015 328d a couple weeks ago. My first BMW. Max, who was our salesman, was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and absolutely no pressure. After the test drive, we sat down and went over all of the finance options. He ended up giving us a very good deal. My dashboard engine warning light came on while on a family visit to Tempe and we needed to drive back to CA THE NEXT DAY.. Connectéd on Internet with Chapman website on Sunday and was able to get an appointment on Monday morning. The service person Jeremy was super helpful and very accurate estimating repair time and explaining issues. The waiting areas are above average and amenities abound! I recommend Chapman BMW.highly.
