Jacob who works in the service department made us feel welcome. The service is second to none. Peter made the sales experience so easy, we decided to come back and buy another certified pre-owned BMW. Just came in for our first maintence on the most recently purchased car. Andy took great care to find out how we liked the car. He arranged a loaner and was very thorough in reviewing the service with me. Car was ready later on same day. Very happy with the prompt, professional service and getting my car serviced and with a complimentary wash.
It's my first BMW and the dealer was very polite and friendly. They helped me learn more about the specs and cleared all my questions regarding the car purchase. The 428i Gran Coupe was taken for a test drive where I was explained everything about the car. The purchase was really easy because my dealers wide experience. Overall my experience was amazing and I really enjoy my car right now thanks to them.
