Had my first service appointment at Chapman BMW. Tony was great to work with and after my warranty work was completed, he took some extra time with me to answer some questions I had about the car and even showed me some features that I was unaware of. Great experience.
I've had my BMWs serviced at Chandler BMW since I moved here in 2009. Service Advisor, Andy Rummell, has always done a wonderful job of taking care of any service issue I may have. Everything gets done quickly and correctly. He's always a pleasure to work with.

As the title says I went in just to look....ended up purchasing my 3rd vehicle from Chapman BMW Chandler. Our Sales Advisor Matt Tyler was outstanding and made us a deal that was to good to pass up. The Finance Manager, Lynn Charles was able to find better terms than our own credit union. Overall a great expierence and friendly and helpful staff, would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
Great service and attention always when visiting the service dept. Andy Rummel is an gem to work with has a great attention to details. Best service advisor and I will always use Chapman BMW for my car needs.
Some warning lights on the dash lit up as my wife was leaving to drive across town. Decided to stop by the dealer to see if there was a simple solution. We didn't get there until around noon so weren't sure they could get anything done by the end of the day. They took the car, diagnosed the problem and did several additional services (windshield wipers, fixed an erroneous reading saying brakes needed service) and got the car back to us by the day's end. I went in after my battery died. I didn't have an appointment, but they took me right in. They replaced my battery, did an inspection, and notified me of a couple other things that needed attention. David Pence explained everything. He was great. My only complaint is it always seems to cost too much. Such as it is!
Had excellent and professional service even requesting it on very short notice. This is flexibility on top of friendly and exceptional attendance to customer needs. Bravo.!!!
I've dreaded bringing past cars into the dealership for repairs, but I have no complaints bringing our BMW's into Chapman when working with Tony. He's always happy, helpful, and explains everything very well - he's got a great personality too! Thanks Tony!
