I bring my BMW here to get check ups, and warranty work done, and could not ask for a better experience. Kris is always very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind!! Always very quick with getting me in a loaner car so I can get back to my day! I feel like the staff is making sure you are satisfied, and not waiting around for someone/something. This is my 3rd BMW, and would have probably been my last. Fortunately for me I moved from northern California to Chandler, AZ 2 months ago. I met an incredible young man named Matt who changed my whole outlook on getting my BMW serviced at a dealership. His warm and friendly demeanor and product knowledge was amazing. I will definitely be returning for all of my services to Chapman BMW and Matt Konecek. Thank you so much Matt for returning my trust to a BMW dealership.
From the time we pulled up to the dealership to the finance dept we were treated with respect. We purchased a 2012 535i cpo for myself and a 2015 328I for my fiance. We couldn't believe how painless the experience was. We were introduced to the service dept, the GM of sales, and the complete staff. We both looked at each other after we signed the papers and new we were family. Thank you to the staff at Chapman for making us feel at home.
The old saying does not apply. I made an appointment with Matt Tyler to look at a resale car. It was a very good experience. I ended up with a good deal on a car that fit my needs better and was always comfortable that he was truthful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Matt and Chapman in general.
Andrew Rummell in the service dept. is quite knowledgeable and always manages to make me feel like were old friends. I would recommend Andy and the Chapman family 10 times out of 10. I had 4 tires replaces and a wheel alignment . When I arrived to drop my car off my loaner was ready and when I came back to pick up my car it was washed with new wiper blades and had been vacuumed. Awesome service as expected! .
Had a rear light break called my service adviser mr Dave Pence he said to bring it in ,when I arrived he took the vehicle in to service ,and replaced the rear light under warranty no charge they washed and vacuum the vehicle ,just great service thank you Chapman BMW and mr Dave Pence 5star service?? From the moment I pulled in I felt like I was a VIP Matt came right out to the car took care of us got us on the road gave us a rental car and was back on road.
Very friendly and caring service team. From the minute you arrive until the time your car is ready, you are treated as a VIP. The facility is spotless with amenities you would expect in an upscale dealership. Upon arrival, My advisor, Kris, met me and explained what the service entailed, then asked me about any concerns I had. I was then offered a loner car. When I returned the next day, the car ready to go and had been washed. I cannot speak any higher about this company.
