To install mudflaps, BMW in CHANDLER was 50% less than the BMW dealership in Tucson, where I purchased my automobile. Service was great, friendly, efficient, and completed a clean, well-done job. It was worth the 90 mile drive from Tucson. In addition, they washed my automobile. Will definitely do service again at CHAPMAN BMW. VINCENT was my service agent.
I received a reminder via E-mail that I was due for service. Clicked on the link, scheduled an appt. Went to the appt. The service was only 45 minutes. I chose to forego the free loaner car and have a coffee and read some mail. Within a few minute my advisor returned and said my car was ready as soon as they finished airing the tires. My service representative is Chris Mason. He knows his cars well and is always friendly, always accommodating, always straightforward, and gets the repair done. I appreciate the longevity of employees such that I don't have a different service representative each time I go to the service center.
From the very moment I walked in they were very welcoming and they listen to all my needs and worked diligently to meet my expectations. Being that it's my first time I am owning a BMW I had a lot of questions and the sales associate Richard was very patient and informative. Happy with my purchase.
I started out the day with two cars in mind that I was interested in test driving. I visited two different BMW lots as well as another lot for different make of vehicle. I just bought my X5 ---looks pretty sharp in my garage. Actually this is the replacement for another X5 that I traded in. My experience with the sales man Richard and Ricky were very pleasant. No pressure tactics - just let me pick the vehicle I wanted then we did the numbers. I did not encounter hidden funny numbers while doing the financing - was pretty straight forward.
