I drove down from Las Vegas to buy my first BMW. I was able to get the monthly payment that I wanted, which was great. I was real happy about that. The salesperson was good. It was not a bad experience, but it wasn't amazing. My father suggested that I buy from Chapman BMW, but I did not know that there were two. I went to the wrong one. My only and biggest complaint is the fact that the car that I picked out had scratches all over it, the bumper was damaged, rock chips on the hood. When I made the decision to switch from GM products for over 20 years, it was difficult as a native Detroiter. However, the experience I receive from Jeremy Wittig the few times I have been there have made those fears disappear. Not only does Jeremy always take care of my car, but he always has a smile on his face and asks how I am doing. Most customer service experiences are not as inviting. Went in there with out a scheduled service appointment, but they took care of me right away and the service area was really clean and they had some great attendants offering coffee or water to the waiting/new customers! Great place to go for services!

Thanks to John Stanley for blowing me off through email and phone I decided to go down to Chapman BMW to look at a 2011Corvette where I met Alexander Smith who was very helpful. He listened to the kind of deal that I had in mind and made it happen. Thanks to Alexander I now own the car I've been wanting since I was a kid. Excellent job Alexander Smith!

Matt Konecek made my experience at BMW very memorable his understanding of customer service goes over and beyond of what is expected, because of Matts wonderful approach and great customer service I will continue to tell others about this incredible venture. Tony was excellent. He always has a good attitude and makes you feel good about bringing in your car. He really knocked himself out to make sure the work was done right and the car was ready on time. An exemplary employee in all respects.
