I Recently moved to the Phoenix area and used an independent to service my car. I received a recall notice from BMW and took my car to Chapman. The service I received was excellent, not only did they take care of the recall but did a complete courtesy check of the car. They provided me with the information and never pressured to do any additional work. If you are looking for quality service, I would recommend Chapman BMW to you.

I have bought two cars from this dealership and we have never had a bad experience. Tony DiSalvo is so kind, professional, and accommodating. He remembers details of our past interactions and makes you feel at ease. I will always have a BMW because of the value and quality of service on and off the road. Thank you for going above and beyond what a dealership does.

Excellent dealership! Vince Adams is an Outstanding Service Manager, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this BMW dealership, as the Service Department is very focused on Customer Service!

I have been in sales for better part of 20 years so I'm always critical of high pressure tactics, and aggressive sales people. In fact I dislike being around sales people so much I took my search to internet and did the entire transaction via email (until the very end when I placed a phone call) and corresponded with their internet sales dept. I always work with Mike Reeves and he is great. He is responsive, friendly, trustworthy, and attentive. In the last 5 years i've even recommended him to my brother and sister who both have BMWs whenever they needed service and they've always been met with professionalism. Thanks Mike!!!

My brand new 2014 BMW 328i needed to have some body work due to some very discourteous people dinging up my car door panel in a parking lot. My BMW insurance rep, Jason, made everything as painless as it possibly could have been. He was responsive and informative throughout the process of the repair and even had my first service done before my car was returned to me since it was time to have it done anyway. In order to get to the fuel pump they had to remove back seat while doing that the technician broke the rear cup holder and left broken pieces on the floor behind the driver seat Nobody said anything about that and I found that after I got home I felt a little disrespected ... I called the advisor and all he said was "Ok I will pass it on..." I think the customer should be informed about things like that...

I have to say that Chapman BMW in Chandler and John Stanley offered the best vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. The entire staff was happy and friendly and John Stanley was extremely personable and made the experience very calm and relaxed. Everything was no pressure, no hassle and John spent lots of time explaining the "bells and whistles" of the car, inside and out during our test drive. I really felt welcomed into the BMW family by John, Ryan (in finance) and the entire team there. Thanks guys!

Tony D and the entire BMW Service Staff at the Chandler location are always so prompt, helpful, & honest. I have been purchasing my vehicles and having any necessary performed there for years.
