I was treated very well from the moment I came to the dealership. I didn't make a purchase decision on my first visit, but never felt any pressure. Both Karl and the woman from the financial department were pleasant, polite, and helpful. They both took the time to meet with me and my wife, and to help us make the best decision. It was the best car buying experience so far.

Jeff is an excellent sales person. This is the sixth car I have purchased from him and he is a true professional. Also, I must mention Vince Adams in service who also is an exceptional person. He always follows up and seems genuinely concerned about rendering excellent service. Doug Wood

Everyone was very friendly and cooperative. I was in the two other BMW dealerships before I came into the Chandler dealership. Mr. Lee worked with me and was very flexible with pricing. He was very professional and patient with my stubbornness. My four year old son was with me and everyone was very kind and patient with him as well. Mr. Lee even got him a coloring book and puzzle to keep him busy. I am very pleased with this dealership and I have already referred them to my friends and family. Thank you so much.

It was a 100% tie between a BMW 5 Series of a Volvo S80. I chose BMW due to my current excellent relationship with Mike Reeves in your service department. I 100% trust that guy and the Service Dept in general is wonderful to deal with. My sales rep at Volvo introduced me to Tim Smith and I loved him. I actually feel I've made a new friend! Great guy, easy to work with. I've already recommended him to a friend who is looking for a new car.

All personnel I came into contact with at Chapman BMW were great, courteous and respectful.I would especially like to point out Brian Lee and Jimmy C. Though I was looking for another vehicle (Lexus), their knowledge and poise changed my mind. Peter

The experience was better than I thought, was not overwhelm with sales people hounding you and adding pressure. Our sales person, Marvin was GREAT!! if I could have bought 2 vehicles at the time I would have. Thanks Marvin, I am glad to be a part of the BMW family

Tibbs and Jennifer were very friendly and courteous to work with. After not being able to come to a good price with Tibbs I was at home working on the computer and contacted the same dealership through the dealership where I got a price cheaper and more trade in than with Tibbs. Car sold but Jennifer with here ambitious nature found us the right car and was delightful to work with. Yes I would recommend this dealership and Jennifer to anyone. I give Jennifer a 10 rating!! Thank you Kathy

I never thought that I would own a BMW. I have been looking for over a month to find a car that I felt would be worth spending money on to replace my 2002 Nissan Maxima. I am a thrifty person and purchase my cars with cash. Therefore, I am picky and reserved when it comes to automobiles. I like sporty cars but am turning 44 this year and am a real esate partner at a large firm in Phoenix and therefore felt that I needed to purchase a more "grown up" car, but everything looked so borring.
