This was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car purchase I have ever made. Renate Steinbach who I dealt with for majority of the sales process was prompt and efficient answering my numerous questions. Garrett O'Dell, the head of the service department, also was available to answer specific questions concerning the vehicles prep prior to picking it up. I will definitely be back to purchase future vehicles.

One of the best shopping experiences I have had. Plenty of vehicles to choose from. Dealership was very large. Everyone was very nice. Negotiating was good. Time to process paper work was much quicker then other dealerships. I will go back to this dealership in the future to purchase another card.

Brian Lee is a no non-sense kind of guy to do business with. He not only met my expectations, but exceeded them by giving me a fair trade for my old car, selling me the newer one lower than his sale price, and the interest rate was 4 pts lower than I expected. I told him exactly what I wanted and he delivered - and then some!

I received what I wanted for the price I wanted. The sales person, Chad, picked me up at my home on Sunday to drive me to pick up the car. This was something that I did not expect. Chad was personable yet professional when dealing with me, especially after a bad experience earlier in the day at another BMW dealership.

Karl really knows his stuff; he was efficient in bringing the 'go' decision to fruition which is what I really appreciated. I purchased a 2009 Z4 as a new car. Tim Smith was very professional in our dealings. He was very knowledgeable and familiar with the features of the car to the point he answered any questions that I had and also pointed out several features that I overlooked. After purchasing the car on Tuesday, I called him Wed. afternoon to inquire about a feature that I was having trouble with on the navigation system.
