Anna Marie was awesome! I would just like to take a few moments to laud the exceptional service I have received over the last few weeks by Anna Marie. She is absolutely wonderful! I have been dealing with a recurring windshield wiper issue and the moment I contact Anna Marie, she takes gets me in to take care of it. She is knowledgeable, personable, and always makes the extra effort. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from BMW and Anna in particular.

I have a great experience in Prestige for the maintance of my 2015 bmw 328. Anna is very patient and helpful. The loaner car is very good, too. Clean and fully equipped.
Clay and his team were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to have my repair completed promptly (and received a loaner for the short time necessary) and at no cost to me through my BMW warranty. I could not have been happier with the customer service that I experienced from start to finish.
