Dropped the car, had a loaner, picked it up later. Fast, easy, done right. The service team makes it easy to drop your car and pick up after it’s done.
Had a metal shard jammed in sidewall. Called Ramsey BMW, got an appointment 30 mins from my call. Drove in, was processed and in the waiting room within 10 mins. Two hours later, car ready and washed. I would recommend Ramsey BMW to everyone.
I have been a customer of this dealership for more than 15 years and leased six cars from them. I generally like their service center and in almost all instances I was 100% satisfied of the way they are doing things around there. This visit took somewhat longer than I have anticipated though: almost 4 hours to replace 4 tires. In the past, similar work lasted around 2 hours IIRC
This was by far one of the best car purchases I have experienced. Tim was every bit the professional that his prior customers had posted, which led me to work with him. There was no pressure tactics and fair pricing and negotiation. The BMW genius Daniela provided excellent support and was easy to work with.
the service writer anna was extremely helpful and took care of me in a very timely manner and could not have been more helpful the service was excellent

It fortunate to have Prestige close to Rockland County since I purchased my BMW in Manhattan. Morgan from the Service Department is awesome to work with and I felt like she truly understood my predicament and went out of her way to help.
Cara DeLuca is excellent, and a pleasure to work with on an otherwise tough review of the number of problems that came up on my car. But the service u provide has been consistently top class over my 7yrs as a customer, and this last visit was no different.
Yesterday I got into my X6M and I noticed it was shaking a bit, never happened before. I drove to Prestige and walked downstairs and went up to Cara DeLuca, service advisor. I also needed the 15,000 mile service. Cara asked me if I could wait and I said I will get a ride home. Cara always with a smile helped me out about a month ago too when my vehicle needed oil..
