This is my second time leasing from Lori. Both times I had an order to production cause I like RWD BMW's and both went effortlessly. Lori is very patient and easy to work with. Knowledgable about what she is selling and accommodating. I had a very aggressive deal form a local dealer and asked Lori to match it. My experience experience yesterday was a great one that I will never forget. It all started when I met salesperson Abraham who knows how to treat customers. Bought our new BMW today. Lori was so awesome! She immediately made me feel like I mattered.
