Great experience purchasing a CPO BMW from Prestige. Total time spent in the dealership was under 3 hours from meeting with Lori, finding a car, signing all the paperwork and then meeting with Dwayne the Genius before driving off. This is the way car buying should be.

One of the main reasons I choose to drive almost an hour to this particular dealership, is it's impeccable customer service. In my line of work as well as family business, how you treat a customer/client is paramount. It can make the difference between having new business and/or retaining it. Just picked up my new 2017 X5 today. I have been leasing cars through Prestige BMW for 10+ years with Lori Asserson and the outstanding service continues. Lori is extremely dedicated and has a client first mentality which is why I keep returning. Looking forward to this summer when my other lease comes due and working with Lori to find my next perfect car.

The lease was ending on my 2014 BMW X5 that was purchased at Prestige BMW as well. Went in looking to get a new 2017 X5 or another car. Wound up ordering a 2017 535 GT. I worked with Gregg Scott. Gregg was fantastic during the whole process. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and the ordering process. Lori made purchasing a new X5 such a smooth transaction. I turned in my old X5 and left with a new X5 in about 1 hour. By the time I arrived, every aspect of the transaction was carefully mapped out and executed to perfection! Thank you, Lori.
