Leased a 535 XI from Lori Asserson almost two years ago and loved the buying experience. Hit a deer last week, rolled the car and came out w/o a scratch. The car was totaled , Without a doubt my next car was going to be the same. I called Lori and she went to work to get me into a new car. i. Prestige didn't have what I wanted and within two days she found the car and I was back on the road in a new 535xi Lori always does the little extra things that make you feel good about your buying decision

She was calm, listened to what I was looking for, and helped me find a vehicle even better than what I was thinking of, for a reasonable price. Everyone gave me good srvices. The car was being ready in great time for me. especially Rep. Frank gave me real time update for the procedure. that was pretty impressive manner for us.
