I purchased a tire warranty from Maria for my new car in July, 2013. She was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the warranty. Also, Maria was very patient and courteous in explaining all the aspects of the warranty package to me. She really helped to put my mind at ease....I was very pleasantly surprised.

Went to see Maria to purchase an extended service contract for our 2011 BMW that we purchased from Prestige. She was very professional a was a pleasure to deal with. Every time I go to the service department I am amazed at the attention my car and I receive. Keep up the good work!

Visited Prestige Motors a couple times and on the last visit I purchased a BMW M5. Lori Asserson and Shawn Holmes helped me with the process and it was by far the best experience I have had car shopping. Shawn who is the Finance Advisor went above and beyond to help me get the deal I was looking for and they both really just want to satisfy the customer. I bought 3 minicoopers from prestige mini in the past 3 years. I had been in contact with Max Carela since Last year because I was looking for a x5. Max Called me to touch bases with me on January and told me that there is a big selection on used x5s. The good news first--Prestige has a great service department--the best I have ever been to. Max is a superior service advisor-as well as his helpers--Jonathan Martinez and Ilya. While I was waiting for things to be completed-We went to the cafe -hopefully it should be a pleasant experience--IT WAS NOT!!!!!!
